After ordering online, you will see a download page.  At the same time, the voucher will be sent instantly to you registered recipient email address. All gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from purchase date. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions.

After ordering online, our reception staff will create your voucher as soon as possible. Please pick up within our reception hours (9:30AM – 6:00PM for Mon – Sat, 9:30AM – 5:00PM for Sundays).

Retail Products

After ordering online, our reception staff will prepare and ship your products. We will send you a notification email to inform your products are on its way.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 24 hour money-back guarantee from the time you receive the voucher. Please contact us ( Ph: 03 9017 6032 ) within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. Please note our gift vouchers are completely flexible and can be used for the dollar amount of the voucher towards another treatment. Our vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. Sensu Spa will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.


 DELIVERY OF RETAIL PURCHASES

Once a retail product is purchased through our website store you will receive an email confirmation and receipt of purchase to your email inbox immediately. We will then dispatch the products through Australia post during the next business day after purchase. You will received your parcel in the timeframe associated with the delivery option chosen, generally within 3 business days for standard parcel delivery.
