1. Cancellation & Rescheduling:
For one person or two people booking, we require a cancellation or rescheduling notice at least 24 hours before your booking time. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours will incur a penalty (full cost of your booking fee).
For group bookings (3 or more people), we require a cancellation or rescheduling notice at least 72 hours before your booking time, and our receptionist will contact you 4-days before your booking to finalise the remaining balance payment. To clarify this details, we cannot accept 1 or 2 people cancellation from a group booking with 24hour notice. If you have any changes, please let us know when we contact you 4-days before. This will be the final chance to modify your booking details. Cancelling or rescheduling within 72 hours will incur a penalty (full cost of your booking fee).
2. Arrival: Please arrive 10-15min before your booking time. We will need to shorten your session duration if you are late. If we cannot communicate by phone or email with you within 15min from your booking time, we will need to consider you as a no-show booking, and a penalty (full cost of your booking) will be applied. The gift vouchers will be redeemed as a penalty.
3. After reception hours: If your booking time is after our reception hours (5PM on Sun/Wed/Thu, 6PM on Mon/Tue/Sat), the balance payment amount will be automatically deducted from your nominated card.
4. Surcharges on Sundays & Public Holidays: We require a full payment including a 15% surcharge per person to make an appointment for all treatments including sauna sessions. *These surcharges also apply to gift vouchers and discounted membership rates for bookings made on these days.
5. Pregnancy: Please notify if you are pregnant! We cannot accommodate you for any treatment if you are under 13 weeks or over 38 weeks. We can accommodate customers who are between 13 and 38 weeks. We are unable to accommodate last-minute disclosures, such as arriving and revealing you are under 13 weeks, or requesting a cancellation due to labour after 39 weeks. In these cases, our standard cancellation policy will apply, and a penalty (the full booking cost) will be charged.
6. Medical certificate: If you have compromised immune system, blood clots, or any serious medical conditions, kindly acquire a medical certificate from your doctor to make an appointment.
7. Our therapists: Massages are performed by our male therapists and female therapists. Since we cannot accommodate your last minute request on your arrival, please request when making a booking if you have any cultural restrictions.
8. Automatic confirmation or reminder: These does not contain your guest information. Please let us know your guest's contact details (name, phone, and email address) if you'd like them to receive reminder directly.
9. We do not recommend booking on the same or near day as your flight date, as delays or cancellations often occur, and we will need to apply the normal policy.
