A. Absolutely, you’re welcome to book this Mother’s day promotion package at any time. It does not need to be in the season. Additionally, our vouchers remain valid for three years from the purchase date, offering flexibility and ample time for redemption.
Q: I purchased the Mum’s Escape voucher from Sensu Spa. Can I use it at Sakura Lounge?
A: Yes, absolutely! Our vouchers are interchangeable, so you’re also welcome to use a Sakura Lounge voucher at Sensu Spa. (Only Daylesford Day Spa gift vouchers are redeemable as a dollar amount/not as the package, as their Mum’s Escape package differs slightly from the versions offered at our CBD branches—Sensu Spa and Sakura Lounge.)
