For those with specific muscular-skeletal complaints or injuries, book in advance for a remedial massage. All major private health funds are covered. Your therapist will firstly consult with you to diagnose the problem and then treat and remedy specific complaints with an oil massage combined with stretching and other tailored bodywork. You will also be given specific advice on how to recover and rehabilitate from your injuries. Please note that remedial massage needs to be booked as a single treatment, it cannot be in packages.

Can I claim private health fund rebate?
Yes. For your convenience, our clinic is equipped with a HICAPS terminal to allow you to obtain your health fund rebate upfront. You will only pay the GAP for your treatment. (See your health fund for your entitlement rebate for remedial massage). *Also please note some of our remedial therapists are multi-skilled in different techniques such as Japanese Shiatsu and can customise your treatment for you including performing Shiatsu as a Dry Remedial Massage. When booking it is required that you book your treatment as Remedial massage as your rebate is covered under remedial massage with us. (We do not have cover for Japanese Shiatsu.)
Can I book a pregnancy massage under “Remedial Massage”?
Yes, if you are in you are 13 weeks – 38 weeks, we can provide a pregnancy massage under Remedial massage, and you can claim your private health fund rebates. Please let us know how many weeks along you are, and we’ll assist with booking your session. If you are booking online, select Remedial massage and leave a comment to request Pregnancy massage and how many weeks on the note section.

CAN I USE MY GIFT VOUCHER FOR ONLINE BOOKING?
If you’d like to use the voucher for your online booking, please write your voucher code in the note section. However, online bookings require a deposit. If you do not mind making a temporary deposit please secure the booking and bring your voucher on the day you are coming. We will process the refund for your deposit. Alternatively, please give us a call/email to organise.
HOW DO I PAY THE BALANCE AFTER RECEPTION HOURS?
If you booked after – 4PM on Sun/Mon, 6PM on Tue/Fri/Sat, 5PM on Wed/Thu, your balance payment will be automatically deducted from your card on the booking day. Please make sure you have sufficient funds. If you did not use any card to make a deposit when you made a booking (booking value under $150), our receptionist will call you on the day to finalise your payment.
- Sunday bookings require a surcharge $10 for treatments/$15 for packages per person
- Public holiday bookings require a surcharge of 10% per person and full payment to secure as we are open by appointments
- We have a cancellation/rescheduling notice policy (24-hour for one or two people, and a 72-hour for groups/three or more people). Please call (if you cannot reach us, please send us email) for any changes before these timeframes to avoid a penalty/full cost of your booking.
- Please arrive 15min prior to your booking time. We will need to shorten your session duration if you are late.
- Please notify if you are pregnant! We cannot accommodate you for any treatment if you are under 13 weeks or over 38 weeks.We can accommodate customers who are between 13 and 38 weeks. We are unable to accommodate last-minute disclosures, such as arriving and revealing you are under 13 weeks, or requesting a cancellation due to labor after 39 weeks. In these cases, our standard cancellation policy will apply, and a penalty (the full booking cost) will be charged. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a safe and smooth experience.
- If you have compromised immune system, blood clots, or any serious medical conditions, kindly acquire a medical certificate from your doctor.
- Our massages are performed by our male therapists and female therapists. Please let us know if you have any cultural restrictions.
- Our automatic confirmation or reminder does not contain your guest information. Please let us know your guest’s contact details if you’d like them to receive reminder directly.
