Experience complete rejuvenation for your body and soul with our Japanese Geisha indulgence package that spans over 3.5 hours. We aim to help you find your inner peace and provide both body treatment and pampering. Your journey commences at your feet, with a 30-minute foot treatment that encompasses a relaxing soak, an invigorating scrub followed by a soothing massage using foot cream. All of this is best enjoyed while savoring our complimentary traditional Japanese tea and delectable sweets. The indulgence package also includes a deeply relaxing 60-minute Relaxation massage, and upon request, you may choose from other massage styles available in the package (except for Remedial Massage). For health fund rebates, kindly book Remedial massage as a single treatment. Then its time to indulge in your 60 minute Babor Package Facial facial treatment and 60 minute body treatments. Your facial will be tailored for your skin type and condition and you will choose your body treatment from our luxurious Sakura Blossom, Organic Honey and Cocoa treatments. All beauty treatments are chosen with your therapist and specifically tailored for your skin type. This is our ultimate package! As the Japanese would say, ‘Sugoi Desu!’ By choosing the SPA facial upgrade, you have the option to select a mask that suits your preference from a range of Hydrating, Brightening, and Anti-aging masks.     Please note :
  • We do not offer blackhead extractions during facials and recommend consulting other specialists for this service.
  • For clients with sensitive skin, we advise consulting with your doctor before booking a facial to ensure it’s suitable. Sensitive skin may react to new or irregular products, so consulting a dermatologist first can help protect your skin.
  • This package is not suitable for pregnancy. We cannot accommodate you for any treatment if you are under 13 weeks or over 38 weeks. We can accommodate customers who are between 13 and 38 weeks for Pregnancy massage or Packages with Pregnancy massage upgrade (Head to toe, Perfect harmony, Healing hands). We are unable to accommodate last-minute disclosures, such as arriving and revealing you are under 13 weeks, or requesting a cancellation due to labor after 39 weeks. In these cases, our standard cancellation policy will apply, and a penalty (the full booking cost) will be charged.

- Japanese Geisha Package FAQ -

I am pregnant. Can I book a Geisha Package?
No. Unfortunately, this package is not suitable for any stage of pregnancy. We do not recommend Aromatherapy and also Body treatment. Alternatively, we can offer a ‘Head to Toe Package’ with Pregnancy Massage upgrade for who is in her 2nd or 3rd trimester of pregnancy. We cannot perform any treatments for under 13 weeks. You will forfeit your booking if you inform on your arrival and a penalty (a full cost of the booking) will be required.

Can I have an upgrade on my Facial treatment?

Yes. Please let us know in advance. We have a facial upgrade option to a premium ‘Spa Facial Treatment’ (additional $10)

CAN I USE MY GIFT VOUCHER FOR ONLINE BOOKING?

Unfortunately the online booking page does not have a function to accept voucher code payments, and require a deposit. If you do not mind making a temporary deposit, please make an online booking and mention your voucher code on the note area. We can process refund once our reception staff will confirm your online booking details. Please note that the refund process may require 5-10 business days. Alternatively, please give us a call or send Booking request form to organise your booking with your voucher code.

HOW DO I PAY THE BALANCE AFTER RECEPTION HOURS?
If you booked after – 4PM on Sun/Mon, 6PM on Tue/Fri/Sat, 5PM on Wed/Thu, your balance payment will be automatically deducted from your card on the booking day. Please make sure you have sufficient funds. If you did not use any card to make a deposit when you made a booking (booking value under $150), our receptionist will call you on the day to finalise your payment.

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling: We have a cancellation/rescheduling notice policy (24-hour for one or two people, and a 72-hour for groups/three or more people). Please call for any changes before these timeframes to avoid a penalty/full cost of your booking. *If you cannot talk to our reception staff, please send us email or use our enquiry form.
  • Group booking balance payment due: To ensure a hustle-free check-in procedure, the balance payment for group bookings will be required four days before the booking date.
  • Arrival time: Please arrive 10-15min prior to your booking time. We will need to shorten your session duration if you are late.
  • Pregnancy treatments: Please notify if you are pregnant! We cannot accommodate you for any treatment if you are under 13 weeks or over 38 weeks.We can accommodate customers who are between 13 and 38 weeks. We are unable to accommodate last-minute disclosures, such as arriving and revealing you are under 13 weeks, or requesting a cancellation due to labor after 39 weeks. In these cases, our standard cancellation policy will apply, and a penalty (the full booking cost) will be charged.   • Sunday & Public holiday bookings:  These days will incur a 15% surcharge per person and full payment will be required when making an appointment.
  • Medical certificates: If you have compromised immune system, blood clots, or any serious medical conditions, kindly acquire a medical certificate from your doctor.
  • Our therapists: massages are performed by our male therapists and female therapists. Please let us know if you have any cultural restrictions.
  • Our automatic confirmation or reminder: These automatic emails does not contain your guest information. Please let us know your guest’s contact details if you’d like them to receive reminder directly.
