If you are not sure, your therapist will help you decide. We have new brightening mask featuring a citrus fruit Yuzu which is native to Japan. Enjoy this gorgeous aroma during the session. Our Anti-Ageing Collagen Alginate Mask is perfect for dry and mature skin as this deeply hydrating masque also has a soothing and calming effect. The hydrating natural alginate masque penetrates deeply into the skin’s layers to reduce inflammation and irritation as a layer of Collagen booster ampoule intensely hydrates the skin.
Our use of Collagen booster ampoule under your algae mask is enriched with pure bio-active, water-soluble natural plant extract concentrate collagen with similar molecular structure to the skin’s collagen, as well as the bio-nano encapsulated amino acids which are essential amino acids for skin collagen synthesis.
Then as the unique botanical mask allows nutrients to absorb deeply into the skin you drift away to a pampering scalp massage, and then the mask is peeled away removing impurities and dead skin cells to make way for new cells and a brighter, fresher complexion.
To complete the treatment, delicate facial skin is nourished with premium moisturising finishing creme to firm and rebuild skin cells.

- For clients with sensitive skin, we advise consulting with your doctor before booking a facial to ensure it’s suitable. Sensitive skin may react to new or irregular products, so consulting a dermatologist first can help protect your skin.
- If you are in the first trimester of pregnancy, we are unable to perform any treatments. However, from the second trimester onward, you may choose from our specialised services, such as the Pregnancy Massage, or enjoy our Head to Toe, Perfect Harmony, Healing Hands with a Pregnancy Massage upgrade.

CAN I USE MY GIFT VOUCHER FOR ONLINE BOOKING?
If you’d like to use the voucher for your online booking, please write your voucher code in the note section. However, online bookings require a deposit. If you do not mind making a temporary deposit please secure the booking and bring your voucher on the day you are coming. We will process the refund for your deposit. Alternatively, please give us a call/email to organise.
HOW DO I PAY THE BALANCE AFTER RECEPTION HOURS (6PM MON-SAT & 4PM SUN) ?
If you have booked after our reception hours (6PM Monday to Saturday, 4PM Sunday), your balance payment will be automatically deducted from your registered card on your booking day. So please make sure you have sufficient funds. If you did not use any card when you made a booking (e.g. bookings valued under $150 made by phone) our receptionist will call you on the day to finalise your payment in advance.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling: We have a cancellation/rescheduling notice policy (24-hour for one or two people, and a 72-hour for groups/three or more people). Please call for any changes before these timeframes to avoid a penalty/full cost of your booking. *If you cannot talk to our reception staff, please send us email or use our enquiry form.
- Group booking balance payment due: To ensure a hustle-free check-in procedure, the balance payment for group bookings will be required four days before the booking date.
- Arrival time: Please arrive 10-15min prior to your booking time. We will need to shorten your session duration if you are late.
- Pregnancy treatments: Please notify if you are pregnant! We cannot accommodate you for any treatment if you are under 13 weeks or over 38 weeks.We can accommodate customers who are between 13 and 38 weeks. We are unable to accommodate last-minute disclosures, such as arriving and revealing you are under 13 weeks, or requesting a cancellation due to labor after 39 weeks. In these cases, our standard cancellation policy will apply, and a penalty (the full booking cost) will be charged. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a safe and smooth experience.
- Sunday & Public holiday bookings: These days will incur a 15% surcharge per person and full payment will be required when making an appointment.
- Medical certificates: If you have compromised immune system, blood clots, or any serious medical conditions, kindly acquire a medical certificate from your doctor.
- Our therapists: massages are performed by our male therapists and female therapists. Please let us know if you have any cultural restrictions.
- Our automatic confirmation or reminder: These automatic emails does not contain your guest information. Please let us know your guest’s contact details if you’d like them to receive reminder directly.
