At Sakura Lounge, we use the high-performance botanicals found in the luxurious Babor products of Europe. Our premium Babor facial treatment takes 75 minutes to deliver a customised, high-performance, and luxurious experience. Your facial treatment will be personalised to your skin condition, and a high-performance ampoule will be included to ensure premium and long-lasting results.

With BABOR’s premium skincare system SKINOVAGE, our experienced team tailors the treatment to cater to the skin’s specific needs. The active formulas selected always consider the varying skin requirements, compensate for natural flaws in the skin, and activate the skin’s mechanisms. The SKINOVAGE skincare system is an intelligent solution that effectively prevents skin ageing caused by UV rays and other environmental factors, leading to a fresh, youthful radiance and even skin complexion.

The sterile packaging and single-use ampoules provide a bespoke solution to meet all skin requirements. All Babor facials are performed in a serene and relaxing environment in our beauty rooms. We provide robes, slippers, and everything needed to ensure your comfort during your stay.

Please note :

  • We do not offer blackhead extractions during facials and recommend consulting other specialists for this service.
  • For clients with sensitive skin, we advise consulting with your doctor before booking a facial to ensure it’s suitable. Sensitive skin may react to new or irregular products, so consulting a dermatologist first can help protect your skin.
  • If you are in the first trimester of pregnancy, we are unable to perform any treatments. However, from the second trimester onward, you may choose from our specialised services, such as the Pregnancy Massage, or enjoy our Head to Toe, Perfect Harmony, Healing Hands with a Pregnancy Massage upgrade.

CAN I USE MY GIFT VOUCHER FOR ONLINE BOOKING?

Online bookings require a deposit. If you do not mind making a temporary deposit please secure the booking and bring your voucher on the day you are coming. We will process the refund for your deposit. Alternatively, please give us a call/email to organise your booking with your voucher code.

HOW DO I PAY THE BALANCE AFTER RECEPTION HOURS (6PM MON-SAT & 4PM SUN) ?
If you have booked after our reception hours (6PM Monday to Saturday, 4PM Sunday), your balance payment will be automatically deducted from your registered card on your booking day. So please make sure you have sufficient funds. If you did not use any card when you made a booking (e.g. bookings valued under $150 made by phone) our receptionist will call you on the day to finalise your payment in advance.

  • We have a cancellation/rescheduling notice policy (24-hour for one or two people, and a 72-hour for groups/three or more people). Please call (if you cannot reach us, please send us email) for any changes before these timeframes to avoid a penalty/full cost of your booking.
  •  To ensure a hustle-free check-in procedure, the balance payment for group bookings will be required four days before the booking date.
  • Please arrive 15min prior to your booking time. We will need to shorten your session duration if you are late.
  • Surcharges on Sundays and Public Holidays: Sundays will incur a 10% surcharge per person applies to all bookings, including sauna sessions. The balance can be paid at the shop if your booking time is before 4:00PM.  Public Holidays will incur a 10% surcharge per person applies to all bookings including sauna and float sessions,  and full payment is required at the time of booking. *These surcharges also apply to gift vouchers and discounted membership rates for bookings made on these days. Sakura Lounge will close on Sundays and Public holidays after 26/01/2025.
  • Please notify if you are pregnant! We cannot accommodate you for any treatment if you are under 13 weeks or over 38 weeks.We can accommodate customers who are between 13 and 38 weeks. We are unable to accommodate last-minute disclosures, such as arriving and revealing you are under 13 weeks, or requesting a cancellation due to labor after 39 weeks. In these cases, our standard cancellation policy will apply, and a penalty (the full booking cost) will be charged. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a safe and smooth experience.
  •  If you have compromised immune system, blood clots, or any serious medical conditions, kindly acquire a medical certificate from your doctor to make an appointment.
  • Our massages are performed by our male therapists and female therapists. Please let us know if you have any cultural restrictions.
  • Our automatic confirmation or reminder does not contain your guest information. Please let us know your guest’s contact details if you’d like them to receive reminder directly.
