Delivery Policy of Gift Vouchers
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your voucher via your chosen delivery within 2 working days. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at email@example.com. Please note our gift vouchers are completely flexible and can be used for the dollar amount of the voucher towards another treatment. Our vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Delivery of Retail Purchase
Once a retail product is purchased through our website store you will receive an email confirmation and receipt of purchase to your email inbox immediately. We will then dispatch the products through Australia post during the next business day after purchase. You will received your parcel in the timeframe associated with the delivery option chosen, generally within 3 business days for standard parcel delivery.
Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 24 hour money-back guarantee from the time you receive the voucher. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
